Don't put things off. Putting things off is called “procrastination” and it can ruin your life. Whether procrastination comes from your conscious or subconscious mind is a moot point, but doing away with it definitely starts in your conscious mind first.
Put together a plan of action. Personally, I would compose one like this:
1. Decide on your goals and write them down.
2. Work backward from your completed goal until now, so you'll have a plan that cannot fail.
3. Focus your conscious mind on the plan.
4. Make time for meditation every day to clear and reprogram your subconscious mind.
5. Compose a mantra to help embed your goals into your subconscious mind, while at the same time reinforcing the focus of your conscious mind. Repeat the mantra whenever you have a spare moment.
6. Unleash the power of your mind.
